JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

 

 

TITLE:  Daycare Assistant (1.0 FTE)               

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·         High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

·         Twenty-one years of age or older

·         Two years of successful, relevant, documented work experience in a preschool or childcare setting with children

·         Must be willing to complete the STARS program, First Aid, CPR, TB Tine and Food Handler Card.

·         Must be able to stoop, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·         Early Childhood Education training or experience

·         Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate             

·         Two years of successful, relevant, documented work experience in a preschool or childcare setting with children

·         Experience working with Native American children

 

 

SALARY:  $10.49/hr (Column A) DOQ
