During an emergency or crisis, our goal is to get as much accurate information out as fast as possible using as many forms of communication to accommodate a variety of preferences. Where do I look? What type of information? What do I need to do?
Blackboard Connect: Parent Phone/Text/Email Alert Calls during the school day or early morning are reserved for emergency or time-sensitive information, such as school closings or delays. Evening calls may be used for general information. Emails may be used as “letters home” or as general information. Texts are for short reminders. Keep your current, primary phone number/email up-to-date with your student’s school. You can update your information at our Student Information Center located in Mod 2 by the bus garage. Website Alert Our schools may activate the website alert system. This means that those that check our website will be notified with an important message before entering our website. Visit our schools website homepage during an emergency, weather event, or school closure. www.leschischools.org

Family Access/Skyward Family Access Portal gives parents confidential access to your child’s grades, re-enrollment, academic progress, and attendance. Call the Student Information Center at (253)445-6000, ext. 3190 or email at enrollment@leschischools.org to sign up for an account.
News Media No media is allowed on campus unless approved by Tribal Council. The primary news media that covers CLS include: Puyallup Tribal News. If approved by Tribal Council, examples would be KIRO7, KOMO, etc.
