Strategic Communications Survey Results

  • Our 2019-2020 Strategic Communications Survey Results are below. Through this data and data we have reviewed from our automated messaging system Blackboard Connect, we are changing the ways that we communicate with our community. This includes scheduling our automated messages (phone calls, email, and text messaging) and when to use which communication tool.

What to expect from Chief Leschi communications

  • Please expect that notifications regarding school closures, no school days, delays, reminders of no school, and emergencies will be communicated through our automated messaging system Blackboard. Phone calls, emails, text messaging, social media, and website will all be utilized in the event of an emergency. 

     

    For all other notifications regarding upcoming dates and events or reminders for our families will be communicated through emails, text messaging, social media, and website. 

     

    *Please note that Blackboard Connect gives our families the option to opt-out of further messaging. If you opt-out of any of Blackboard Connects messaging systems (phone calls, emails, text messages) this means you will not receive any further messaging. You will need to reactive your account either through Communications Department or with Enrollment & Student Records.
