At Chief Leschi Schools, we are Preparing Our Students to Lead Successfully in Two Worlds.
We cannot forget the culture that came before our own because only when we know where we have come from can we understand where we are going.
Thank you for visiting our website! Chief Leschi is a unique environment that prepares students to be productive members of today’s world while at the same time connects students to their culture. We are the largest Bureau of Indian Affairs School constructed in the nation and operated by the Puyallup Tribe of Indians.
Our small class sizes give teachers and paraeducators the opportunity to spend more individual time with each student from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. This interaction builds lasting relationships and an attitude of excellence for good work.
The most important part of our school and the key to our success is our students and staff. Everyone at Chief Leschi works together like a family in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. We have a very dedicated staff, committed to the needs of all of our students.
