Wellness Policies

The policy is applicable to all elementary and secondary schools and residential facilities operated by the BIE. While tribally controlled Public Law 100297 grant and Public Law 93-638 contract schools can develop their own policy, the BIE encourages grant and contract schools to adopt this policy, use resources developed by the BIE, and participate in BIE-  sponsored health and wellness events.
