Do you need internet/wifi service at home?
In response to emergency measures associated with Coronavirus (COVID-19), many internet providers are offering free or low-cost services.
Internet Essentials (Comcast)

Internet Essentials is a program provided by Comcast to serve low-income households by giving them the opportunity to afford internet for as low as $9.99 a month. To be eligible for Internet Essentials for $9.95/month with unlimited internet (speeds up to 10Mbps) + tax:
- There are no credit checks and installation is free.
- No Comcast Internet service for the past 90 days or recent unpaid Comcast bills (under a year old).
- Modem and Wi-Fi router included at no additional cost.
- Must live in an area where Comcast is available.
Digital Equity Services:
- Traditional family program: Must have a child who qualifies for the free or reduced school lunch program or attending a school that has over 40% of students on free/reduced lunch program. The phone number for this program is (855) 846-8376.
- Public housing residents: Must living a qualifying public housing community. The phone number for this program is (855) 847-3356.
- $150 Laptops are available for purchase (includes Microsoft Office, Norton Security Suite and 90-day warranty).

Centurylink Internet Basics offers a $9.99 monthly internet service to low-income households.
- Reside where CenturyLink® offers internet service.
- Have not subscribed to CenturyLink internet service and are not a current CenturyLink internet customer.
- Do not have an overdue CenturyLink bill or unreturned equipment.
- Follow current guidelines for Lifeline/TAP phone service programs.
- The program is based on income and family size.
- Participating in a federal assistance program is a requirement.

AT&T is offering low-cost wireline home internet service to qualifying households:
- With at least one resident who participates in the U.S. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
- With an address in AT&T’s 21-state service area, at which we offer wireline home internet service.
- Without outstanding debt for AT&T fixed internet service within the last six months or outstanding debt incurred under this program.

PCs for People is a program that provides affordable personal computers, computer repairs, and internet service to individuals or households with limited technological experience due to social, physical, or economic circumstances. PCs for People also provide free pick-up for whoever wants to donate computers or devices to help the community and the environment.
