Food Bank offered at Puyallup Food Bank

Description: Offers food and personal hygiene products (when available), including baby food if needed. Provides food to the individual or family every 30 days (basically once a month). Also offers a pet food bank. Provides birthday and holiday gifts for children.
Eligibility: Primarily serves individuals and families in the Puyallup area that have a need for food. No one needing assistance is turned away.
Intake Process: First Visit: Call in the morning to schedule an appointment for pick-up that day. There will be a form to fill out. Any Visit after the first one: Call in the morning to schedule an appointment for pick-up that day.
Required Documents: First time: - Please bring current piece of mail or proof of address (rent receipt or utility bill) for all adults in the household and birth certificate or insurance card for proof of children. Any time after: Please bring current pierce of mail or proof of address.
